Convenient to downtown.
Excellent service at reception.
Excellent tour booking and information.
Superb breakfast, even offers to provide breakfast at 04:30 prior to taking the 05:00 bus to the airport.
Airport bus drops off and picks up at the hotel, so no need to pay any taxi fare.
The hotel reception was very efficient. All the personnel that I encountered were very proficient in English and very polite and all were able to answer any request for information.
The hotel is well situated, within easy walking distance of downtown, about 15 to 20 minute walk. It's also only a 20 walk from the major shopping mall in Reykjavik - the Kringall Mall.
Hotel Feature Tip : Airport bus stops at the door on the way in.
To the airport, the 05:00 bus picks up at the hotel. This 05:00 bus serves the majority of Iceland air flights to European destinations.
