Waiter service very poor.
The breaksfast did not come together, one person was finished before the other received their breakfast, no tea/coffee or toast were delivered although ordered. Disappointing.
This is a lovely hotel, with a fabulous setting, however from the moment we arrived the service was lacking. There was a wedding on in the hotel the same day and it seemed that everyone else had to accommodate the wedding, if the wedding couldnt be handled should the hotel not have been closed off to the general public.
The rooms are lovely, very comfortable, but as per above the breakfast experience ruined our overall impression of the hotel.

Everything room, surroundings, spa, breakfast... hotel really is an amazing place to stay
What a hotel everything was brilliant the room was beautiful, the hotel surroundings inside and outside peaceful, the spa was such a great facility and we couldn't get over the choice at breakfast... hotel really is an amazing place to stay. Would recommend it to everyone!
