i loved the seaview room we got and the pool and spa were great
they didnt have my booking on their system when i arrived
I generally enjoyed my stay a carlton redcastle, the hotel grounds were very peaceful and relaxing. The receptionist erin didnt smile the whole time we stayd there and wasnt very helful when we arrived and our booking wasnt on their system like it was our fault, the other receptionist asling was very helpful and apologised for our say beginning so bad.our room was very clean and we had seaview room.the bar service could be a bit quicker, there was a lack of staff on and refuse a certain type o beer cuz it wasnt in that bar it was being served in a function room..bar food was great we ate there both nights and didnt have to wait long for food.
