Very clean room, friendly receptionist, comfortable bed. The location was great too. There is no room service and when I asked if they could lend me a cork screw for a bottle fo wine they said they couldnt and I had to bring the bottle down to the bar to be opened. But for such a great price, we didn't mind too much.

Business travelers South Africa, October 03, 2012	Great location but thats about all you can expect close to the exhibtion grounds 4 i have travelled to dublin for over 8 years now and know it quite well. the bewleys hotel is in a great lcoation and beautiful building, but thats it. rooms are smokey with poor interiors, they offer a very limited room service menu and have menus which can only be accessed in certain areas, so you are forced to eat certain food on certain locations. i had some laundry go missing also during my stay and the internet wifi although free has poor signal, so you struggle connect.

Pleasant stay, within walking distance of city centre. Served our purpose but somewhat disappointed with lack of understanding of what customers expect. Didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food. All together a decent stay, but with a little more effort could have been a much more positive experience.
