Great location for the airport
location, parking, cleanliness
We have stayed at this hotel many times when using Dublin airport. It's location is great with a shuttle bus to and from the airport, parking is reasonably priced and the hotel is clean with good food on offer.

Overpriced, overcrowded and underdelivering
relatively close to hotel. ok food. can't think of a third.
Its a conveyor belt. Check in staff rude. Room does not have basic facilities (shower gel/water/washcloths). Staff do not voluntarily provide information (wifi/shuttles/breakfast/wake up calls) or ask if you need information (myself and one other who checked in separately had same impression). Hotel shuttle drops at coach terminal which will be a problem for those less mobile. Overall it was a depressing, overpriced inhuman experience. I guess airport hotels just don't need to try. If only there was an airport hotel that did...
