Opened since 1972, this great value hotel is located in the south of Dublin amid the trendy shops and designer boutiques of Grafton Street. The hotel houses stylish and cozy guest rooms as well as executive rooms and luxurious suites complete with excellent amenities and elegant furnishings. bout 10mins walk to central town
hotel fine, great location close enough to town but far away from the hustle and bustle!staff very helpful. we ate at a lovely italian round the corner one evening

impressive lobby area, excellent breakfast, friendly reception staff
advertised free overnight parking but had to haggle with staff to get parking space, heating valves in room not working hence no heating in bedroom(luckily mild night and could do without)
despite the points I raise the hotel still gives relatively good value for money but what a shame to spoil impressions with small niggling faults such as I outlined, would stay again as the general ambience is quite pleasant and was pleased that snacks were available late into the evening,many factors in its favour e.g. location, price, accassibility and courtesy

Comfortable and spacious rooms excellent breakfast reception and friendly service
On arrival at this hotel, the management was quick and efficient and we have been housed on the sixth floor at the bottom of a grand hall, the room was spacious and clean, the only real problem was a leak of water in the bathroom, which has hampered the first night (we arrived at the hotel at 20:30), but was quickly repaired the next morning, shortly after reporting to a maid; breakfast was very rich and very good service with a vigilant, but we were surprised by the report comments on the hotel, the great distance that separated us from the city center and overall we were satisfied with hotel
