Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

we stayed in the hotel as part of a weekend in dublin to celebrate our anniversary; i knew of the hotel from its excellent reputation and we weren't disappointed.
the location, staff, rooms, and dining were as expected and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the only fault with the hotel is the appearance from the outside which is very dated, but as they say don't judge a book by its cover.
Nightlife Tip:
A stones throw from the hotel is a wonderful pub called O'Briens

Great Hotel with Great staff
Good location, fantastic staff
7
Very helpful staff, easy walking distance through the park to the centre of town & tourist bus.
Restaurant Tip:
Some great pubs & restaurants in the central city area and throughout Dublin. We found some fantastic cafes just down the road that served a great breakfast.

Good hotel but rooms were too hot
7
The hotel is well situated, close to the centre of Dublin and also Ballsbridge. The reception was very well attended and the staff were really polite. Check in was very quick. The room was a good size although the bathroom was showing its obvious age. The bed was confortable. The room was very warm even with the window and curtains open with no way of turning the heat off - All in all - a good hotel

Best Hotel I ever stayed in
Pleasant breakfast room staff, front desk with lots of local knowledge, most helpful concierge I ever meet

the burlington hotel i rate as the best hotel in world i ever stay in.
previously i thought the shangri-la chiang mai and shangri-la kuala lumpur were the joint best hotels in the world but now i say the burlington.
on sunday 26 february 2012 i send an e-mail to say how wonderful i thought they were.
in 2010 i spent 100 of the 365 nights in hotels in 14 different countries so i feel qualified to make a judgement.

Lovely Hotel in a good location
The breakfast, the staff, the location
8.7
Burlington is a very nice hotel to stay in if you are a business traveler and are looking for some peace after a hard day's of work. The reason being:
1. It is close to the city center, but away from the chaos of it
2. The staff is very friendly and takes good care of all your needs
3. They have a breakfast to die for, a real feast
4. After a long day at work, it offers you the perfect ambiance in the bar
Cons: The rooms are slightly worn out and need some revamping.
