Only one night stay, and it was perfect for that, really enjoyed the breakfast,.
Travel tip:
Visit Phoenix park, it's just across the river from the Hotel, about a 10 minute walk.

close to phoenix park, the hotel is modern, stylish and a good base to explore south dublin's landmarks- and the gaol is right opposite. there is on site car parking at e12 and the breakfast is really good especially the choice on offer. we ordered an evening meal for 3 through room service and the food was first rate, and even with the tray charge, it worked out at a very reasonable price. the staff were very helpful with directions to places of interest and overall we had a very pleasant stay.

we stayed in this hotel for one night and would highly recommend it. The bedroom was very spacious and clean. The hotel was lovely and had a nice bar area. We had a meal in the bar and the food was great. The breakfast next morning was lovely with a good choice of cereals, hot dishes, fruit, hams etc. Staff of the hotel were friendly and helpful. The nearest luas stop was a ten minute walk away and this was handy for travelling into the city centre. The hotel has a car park with an overnight charge of €12.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Visit Kilmainham Gaol across the road from the hotel. Adm charge is €6 and tour takes just overan hour. Well worth a visit.

Nightlife Tip:
Hotel was a about a 10 min cab ride from the Temple Bar area...not including traffic.

Enjoyed the hotel, close to railway station. The bar was very busy and lively. Good buzz. It was christmas time so there was a good atmosphere. I would stay there again. Easy to find from the airport. I liked the underground car park.

Although the hotel is a little too far from the town centre it is still well worth the stay. With friendly staff and good facilities....the steam room, jacuzzi and hydro pool were amazing. Food and drink prices were on par with the town restaurants and bars. The only down side is the cost of taxi's which are a bit expensive.
Nightlife Tip:
Hard rock cafe well worth a visit for food and drinks, also buskers....had a very good live bad on when we visited.

a confatable hotel with a reasonable payment.
one misleading point is the relation between the hotel name and the tram car station. the sttion of the tram car of this name is the very far(5 stations ahead) from the hotel and so when first we used the tram car we lost the way. it is in fact near to the huston railway station. on the access map, a method to access by the tram car or the railway and then by walk (from the huston station or the nearest tram car station) should be written carefully, even if passengers by taxi and their cars need not this informaton.
