convenient location
very friendly and helpful staff even at late arrival - 1100 at night and early start in morning 600.

i can thoroughly recommend this hotel for a budget stay which represents very good value for money. the major plus for me was that it is just round the corner from my sons place which was the main purpose of the visit.
in terms of sightseeing the location in rathmines is great in that you can walk ( very easy ) straight into town or catch a bus also very cheap and convenient. for sb
nacks/ meals etc rathmines has a great selection of restaurants and cafes plus plently of cafes to stop en route if walking into the city centre.
i will certainly be returning to this hotel in future.

A real find
Extremely helpful staff; secure off road parking; plentiful taxis to city centre right outside

A real find just outside the city centre offering fantastic value for money. The staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and well appointed with free wi-fi. Secure off road car parking was greatly appreciated. A very welcoming bar adjoins the hotel with a comfortable outdoor courtyard area for those who need a smoke with their drinks. There is a taxi rank right outside the door where taxis to the city centre were relatively cheap and plentiful. Will certainly be using again.
Restaurant Tip:
Fantastic retro 1950's american diner - eddy rockets - is within a five minutes walk from the hotel and served great authentic american burgers fries and dips until very late.
