Great location but old hotel
Staff were very friendly and helpful, great location and great coffee shop attached to the hotel. Bed's were comfortable.

Rooms need to be refurbished, they are quite old and run down.
Good Value and the rooms were clean, hotel needs a new ironing board as the one we were given was broken but other than that it was a pleasant stay.

the hotel was located in the centre of the city which was ideal for us.the room wasn't spectacular, but we have no complaints.it was value for money.the price wasn't too steep either:).the staff were very friendly and eager to help with any problems or questions we had.we will definitely be staying again.

Dreadful - rooms nothing like the pictures

This has to be one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. On checking in we were given a room backing on to the railway station. We could nor even hear the tv above the announcements for the trains. After complaining we were told the hotel was full but eventually told we could change rooms but to a smoking room. We were assured we would not hear the announcements from our new room. Apart from the smell of smoke, the room was really run down, old worn furniture, carpet stained and full of cigarette burns. The bathroom was really old with water damage to the bath panel and the marble? benchtop cracked in two. When we went to bed, the music started at 10.30 pm and went on for what seemed like half the night. Eventually, the music stopped and then the air conditioner situated outside the window took over. Eventually that too was drowned out by guests on the same floor arguing and fighting. Altogether not a peaceful night.
We don't know where the pictures on the web came from but our room was nothing like the ones illustrated!
The breakfast next morning was not good, very dried out as if it had been sitting under the lights for hours. On checking out we told the receptionist of our views. She was "very surprised".

the hotel is well located in galway, just beside eyre square.
beside the position there is very little positive to say about this hotel.
staff: not very friendly and hardly smile
major problem: the hotel is located beside a club and a few bars. they also have a bar with live music inside the hotel.

Good hotel and ideally situated to city centre
Very convenient for the city centre, bus and train station

hotel is easily assessible from the city centre, train station and bus station. nice hotel with friendly staff and the rooms are nice and spacious with nice hot shower and bathroom. breakfast was more than adequate with plenty varient to choose from. internet access is readlily available from the bus station across the road so no need to move from the hotel.

地図で見るより駅・コーチステーションに近くて便利。泊った部屋の窓がバス停に面していたので窓をあけたままにしておくと、うるさく、くさかったのが残念。あと部屋に冷蔵庫が付いていたらもっといいのに。

思っていたより店の数が少ない。

紧挨着巴士站，出巴士站右转第三四个门就是。超近。而且旁边就是Eyre广场，很不错。
