Très bonne prestation. bel hotel et qualité d'accueil exemplaire

Je ne suis pas du tout satisfait de votre démarche car vous m'avez présenté l'hotel comme étant à Bologne alors qu'il se trouve être à 20 kms du centre de Bologne. Donc le taxi m'a pris 31.50 euros depuis l'aéroport et si j'avais besoin de retourner en ville c'était de nouveau 30 euros la course. L'hotel se trouve à Bentivoglio et non à Bologne, ce qui pour moi a été un sacré handicap.
