One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at

This place was horrible! My hubby and I stayed here as part of our year long travels. Never in my life have I encountered a member of staff being so rude. We were yelled at when asking if there was wifi- it was not working for the weekend and there was "nothing he could do about it so stop asking!!!!'"
The following morning my wife who was suffering from swollen feet due to her pregnancy was humiliated in front of all other guests in the breakfast room as according to the staff 'she was not normal!!!' and was asked to leave for not wearing shoes to breakfast. Instead of asking her quietly and privately.
This same gentlemen at reception then refused to greet us when we walked in and out of the hotel as if we were some ghastly people. It was the most horrible experiences my wife was so embarrassed she wanted to leave right away. To top it off the rooms were shabby and dirty. I wish everyone to think twice before they book this place. Bologna is lovely and I am sure you can find somewhere far nicer for this price.

The hotel holiday is a great hotel in Bologna. Very close to the city centre, down a small sidestreet. There are a few cheap restaurants nearby - pizza, kebabs, falafel etc. Makes a big difference as Bologna is quite expensive. The room was impeccablyo clean, with a fantastic bathroom, TV, fridge, and an uncomfortable bed. Breakfast was a very underwhelming continental. Reccomended at the price.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
See every church you can. They're all great.

Sehr schönes individuell gestaltes Cityhotel. Das Servicepersonal ist äußerst zuvorkommend und man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig aufgrund des großen Angebot. Die Zimmer haben eine ausreichende Größe und sind alle mit Safe und Wasserkocher ausgestattet. Das Hotel ist Sauber und besticht durch seine ideale Lage für Besichtigungen, Ausflüge und das Abendprogramm. Außerdem befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe ein kleiner Supermarkt.
Wir kommen gerne wieder und können es mehr als empfehlen!
