We were very impressed by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. We were warmly welcome at the reception desk. He answered all our questions and was very patient. The waitresses were very friendly and kind. They love our 8.5 month old baby and took time to smile and play with our baby. The breakfast was simple yet lovely. We enjoyed the crossiants and bread. They also served nice hot chocolate and coffee. Just order and they will deliver. No extra charge for freshly-made hot chocolate or coffee. The cleaning lady was also very efficient. She attended to our needs. I love the night light. The mini switch glows in the night unlike many other hotels. One doesn't need to search for the switch in the night. The room is very chic and comfortable.

Good hotel in a great location
Nice, clean rooms, good value for money

Very clean, quality rooms and facilities were adequate. The breakfast items are delicious enough in Italy's average. Also had a favorable response to the reception, you want to order the points were collected. Will be one of the hotel to check in when I come to Bologna.

limpieza perfecta, muy buen trato del personal---recepcion y desayunos---, buen buffet de desayuno

un hotel muy nuevo y muy limpio con un personal dispuesto a ayudar (te facilitan mapas de la ciudad y hasta una bicicleta gratis, aunque no usamos este servicio)
Las habitaciones son correctas , te reponen el material de baño usado y siempre estan limpias,el desayuno muy bien.
No esta muy cerca del centro pero los buses 25 y 27 te acercaban bastante y sino solo 10 minutos andando
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
todo el casco viejo de Bolonia es una maravilla , montones de iglesias por descubrir, el archiginasio , los museos que son gratuitos y las torres medievales
