Grande posizione, cortesia nel servizio
La posizione centrale a poche decine di metri dal porto, dalla stazione ferroviaria, dalle fermate degli autobus e dal centro città, nonchè dalle vie dello shopping.

il soggiorno è stato piacevole e tutti i piccoli contrattempi sono stati risolti dal gestore con la massima celerità (p.e.: il problema di mancanza di acqua calda sanitaria è stato risolto in 10 minuti). c'è la possibilità di rientrare in camera a qualsiasi ora. il gestore alessandro si è dimostato disponibile ad accettare il nostro arrivo con 2 giorni di ritardo, causa forza maggiore, senza applicare la penalità del 100% sull'importo fissato al momento della prenotazione.
aspetti negativi: la colazione si fa con gli altri ospiti intorno ad uno stesso tavolo (mancanza di privacy) e rischio di restare ad aspettare nei momenti di punta; in camera non c'è telefono, nè citofono (per parlere con la reception occorre uscire dalla stanza); in bagno non ci sono mensole nè appendiabiti.
