Couples Australia, May 06, 2013	Nice hotel, well located, but probably not 4 star Central location, access to Lake Como 6 The Albergo Terminus Hotel is in a great location, right in Como and across the road from the Ferry Terminal. The hotel itself is a real hotch potch. The last time we stayed there, we had a room overlooking the Como Plaza. This time, they tried to stick us in a very small room, with a slanted ceiling and looking out to a wall. If you went outside, you could climb the stairs to a stop where you had a view of the lake. The room was claustrophobic so we changed to another room, which overlooked the front driveway. It was a warm day and the air conditioning was non existent. In the end, we had to leave the windows open, which opens towards a main access street in Como, hence it was very noisy. The beds are typical European hard as a rock. The staff are friendly, but the hotel is tired. There is a gym, but limited equipment and the room has a very low ceiling and gets very hot. The breakfast is typical continental and the staff were nice. Overall, it is an ok hotel for one or two nights, but 3 1/2 stars is probably more appropriate.

Couples May 01, 2012	Centrally located hotel in Como Close to lake como, dome and city center 7.7 This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city centre, directly by the lake and all the attractions can be easily reached on foot. The hotel also provides bikes to get around for free. The breakfast buffet is quite good although the choice is not huge the the food is nice.
