This was a great hotel, also stayed at AC Pisa. Cannot complement the staff enough, friendly, helpful and English speaking.
We got snowed in by the December 16th, 2010 Storm - so stayed here 5 days. Sure nice that we could walk to all of main Florence sights.
Location is within 1 km of Duomo, City Rail is about 200 meters from hotel. Has Parking garage and plenty of street parking for free.
Internet is Swissom so expensive for US standards - but same as rest of Europe.
Restaurant Tip:
there is great little local Italian restaurant one streeet over - cannot remember the name but the kids loved it. Fire Oven and chef made a "Heart" Shaped Pizza for the kids.

前回の利用で気に入ったため今回もこちらを利用しました。観光の中心地まではトラム1駅という立地，部屋は清潔に保たれておりスタッフのサービスも好感がもてます。何よりソフトドリンク5〜6本が無料でいただけるので出かける際にカバンに入れていくと便利です。また利用したいホテルです。

部屋が清潔に保たれており大変居心地が良かった。ロケーションも最高で中央駅やドゥオーモ，中央市場など15分程度で歩くことができる。また徒歩2，3分でトラムの駅があり，中央駅まで一駅という近さである。
