The right hotel for this little town

We selected this hotel because it was tagged with the Marriott brand. But understand that this is no Marriott and don't expect to have a Marriott experience. That being said, this hotel is right for a little town like Florence. The location could be better but still pretty convenient, just min walks away from the T1 tram station. It is a short walk to the central train station as well. For sight seeing, it's a 20-30 minutes walk to the Duomo or a 3 minutes walk to the C2 and C3 bus station that will take you to all those locations. The down side of this hotel is that Internet is not free anywhere which makes it a bit of a hassle. But all in all, a nice hotel for people looing for a good place to stay a night or two.

it was nice even if a bit far away from major attraction, 20 min walk. No restaurant very close...need to walk 15 min. Wifi connection is expensive. Apart from this, hotel is nice.

The hotel is modern. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is not in the city center but it is quite.
P.S. If you are in tight schedule, suggest you stay in city center instead as it's not convenient compared with other hotels near Metro stations.
