Good in the centre for reaching the main attractions in Florence
Breakfast is small

When arriving in Florence Santa Maria Novella Train station, walk to the head of the station and turn right, you already see the hotel across the street.
Touristic Main acts in Florence such as the Uffici, Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio, Galerie del'accademia (original David) or the dome can be reached in 10 to 15Mins by walking.
A copy of David is on display outside the Palazzo Vecchio. There it is allowed to take pictures.

very good location,good breakfast
it just beside the station.the room have air condition and when close the window that you cant hear any sound from outside,very comfortable bed and the breakfast is really good.the staff is very helpful,they provide many information for us.we will chose this hotel again

Convenient to station, bathrooms, internet access
Noisy airconditioner in one of our rooms, lifts a bit small, carrying luggage up a short flight of steps to reach the lifts was a hassle.
The staff were fluent in English and generally very helpful. The rooms are big and have a separate sitting room. Internet access was easy to obtain and good value. The breakfast was very pleasant and comprehensive, with plenty of choices. Beds were comfortable, and the large baths/jacuzzis were a real bonus.
The real benefit of this hotel is its convenient location just across the road from the station, and the 12pm checkout time meant that we could stroll over with our luggage with plenty of time to catch our train to Venice at 12.37.
The centre of Florence is just a short walk away, we could reach most of what we wanted to do without having to call a taxi.
