Charming and intimate

A charming, classy hotel where we were treated like valued, special guests. The rooms were large and comfortable, much more spacious than expected especially in Europe, and wonderfully clean. Staff all spoke perfect English and were always smiling. Breakfast buffet disappointing, the only weak point in the stay as well as the guy living in an apartment upstairs who played his electric guitar and sang very badly loud enough for us to hear in our room (but that is hardly the hotel's fault). One thing which stuck out in my mind: I left my jacket in the hotel on checkout and a staff member ran all the way to the train station to give it to me ten minutes before my train left. Now THAT... is service.

An affordable luxury Hotel
Very good buffet breakfast,spaccious room, clean large bath room

It was a memorable stay with excellant amenities, nice bath room comfortable bed, etc.
There was no free wifi and the paid wifi connection was available only in the lobby. This was the only minus point I could think of. The hotel doesnt look impressive from outside, but it is excellant inside!!

Easy access, friendly staffs
It was Best Western chain but indivisual hotel

I stayed on buisiness trip choosed easy access for my client, based on Best western chain.
Staffs were kind and friendly felt history of Rivoli hotel that was not expected at booking on internet.
Breakfast was ok, but coffee was so so as Italian coffee is not normal coffee !
I asked cream for normal coffee but served Ialian strong one with steam boilled milk, that is always Cappucino...
If you exchange for Euro, it should better to ask in advance as the rate was not convinient than the airport or bank in the city and not available an official slip.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
5 minute on foot from main station, easy access for down town, and Euro 21.00 to/from the airport that is a fixed rate for visitors. (as of Oct. 2012)
Basiccaly non smoking hotel but you can negotiate !
