The entrance is very dark, a bit noisy.
I missed the entrance of the hotel because it was too dark, the lobby is located on the first floor. Once you are in everything is okay. Staff is friendly, spoken fluent English, Wi-fi is free, room is spacious but looked a bit old. Location is great, 5 minutes walk from Firenze train station. Bathroom is large. My room was a bit noisy due to the busy pedestrians in front of the hotel but it was ok at the end. Breakfast was all right.
