very convenient, friendly and helpful staffs alittle old. also they do not have gadgets such as mobile charger available at all. bring your own although the place is a little old, but its very assessible to everywhere as it is just 1 min walk from the train station and easily assessible to wonderful restaurants. the ppl there are very friendly. stay there has been a good one. would definitely return to it if i were to visit the place again.
Shopping Tip : its a must to go shopping in Florence. book a cab to The Mall, and Prada outlet. best buy!

Good service upfront and during the stay.
Close to the railway station and city centre.
Calm atmosphere. We stayed at the hotel with four friends celebrating our wedding 25 years ago. The hotel organized sightseeing for us and also arranged pick-up service at the airport upon arrival. All well done. Breakfast was average, but with posibility to order extras. Nice rooms with air-conditioning, a must when temperature outside is close to 40 C.

We were only sleeping and eating breakfast in the hotel; the rest of the time we were out. We enjoyed the great breakfast.
