Hotel rooms are dim and elevator is very small. It's a distance away from main attractions but still walkable. Breakfast was horrible with no variety and hotel staff always looked glum. The worst part was during my 2 nights winter stay, their main heater had some problems and the whole hotel has no access to hot bath water nor heater in the freezing rooms!! When enquired, hotel staff are not even apologetic. Not going back.

Acceuil et séjour très sympathiques, les propriétaires et les employés font tout et plus pour que les clients soient satisfaits et se sentent bien et ils ont tout le temps le sourire et un mot gentil
Conseils pour visites, restaurants, réservations si nécessaires pour visites, taxis etc
Petit déjeuner copieux croissants natures ou fourrés , toast, pains brioches,charcuterie,fromages,yaourts,jus de fruits variés, cappuccino,nutella,miel,confitures
Notre chambre était très agréable car spacieuse côté parents un peu exiguë côté enfants avec une petite kitchenette et salle de bain
Chambres calmes car bon vitrage et hotel dans une petite ruelle sans grande circulation
La situation de l'hôtel sur la place santa croce et a deux pas de la très belle place du Palazzo Vecchio est idéale pour toutes les visites du centre historique
Proximité également d'une rue très animée le soir avec quelques bars et de la musique
