Cozy stay in a heritage building
Attentive & friendly staffs, Clean Room & Free wifi

Easily accessible to most places of interests & shopping areas but totally not a walking distance from the train station. Without elevator for a good cause ,we have to carry the luggages up to our room on the highest floor(4th). Beside that, we have truly enjoy our stay here with good staffs attending to our needs and clean our room daily. Breakfast included which make the stay value for $$.

Location of the hotel was quite a distance from the train station, walking is not recommended. hotel has no elevator, a room on the lower floor is better if you have large bags. The friendly receptionist offered to help me with my bags at no charge. the hotel is within walking distance to many attractions and cafes. wifi was quite dodgy, keeps getting disconnected.

Varasin ystäväni kanssa samanaikaisesti huoneet tästä hotellista jolloin pääargumenttimme varausta tehtäessä olivat sijainti ja hintaluokka. Kohteessa odotuksemme sijainnin osalta jopa ylittyivät. Sijainti on erittäin keskeinen Firenzen historiallisista nähtävyyksistä kiinnostuneelle turistille, jonka mukavuusvaatimukset hotellista eivät ole kovin suuret.
Hotellihuoneiden pesutilat ovat vaatimattomia, huoneet eivät ole viime aikoina ramontoitu, mutta silti siistit ja toimivat. Henkilökunnan palvelu ja palvelutaso on ystävällistä ja asiallista. Aamiainen on erittäin vaatimaton ja kuivamuonapainotteinen. Tarjoilu ja palveluasenne sen sijaan hyvää ystävällistä tasoa.
