A great backpacker hotel with friendly staff and in a good location. Easy walking distance to the station and the city centre. Options for sightseeeing tours and helpful staff. Good food in the restaurant and a nice atmosphere. I would recommend for people travelling alone or in couples/groups. It has a young clientele on the whole so only recommended if this is not a problem for you.

never seen a hostel this big, its a whole 5 storey building!
and lots of facilities!
restaurant n bar
sauna swimming pool, pool table and DJ booth for a little dance floor
in the basement!
free wifi and clean tidy room!
jus the wifi is smtimes slow at the peak time!
nth more i can praise becoz its an awesome hostel!!

This part was little disappointing.

This is a great hostel with excellent services and spacious rooms, and in a great central location. Would highly recommend a stay here, as you can't get much cheap accommodation in Florence. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well.

The service was not good and the stuff also was rude. They don't mention in your site if the towels are included or not. You have to rent the towels and other machines that you will need. Not cleen rooms (sheets and bathroom).

this was a great place to stay with great facilities and rooms kept quite clean and well serviced. a/c is controlled from reception which sucks because they keep turning it off and it got a little bit hot but not unbearable. could get loud from the street but all in all great. staff were great.

We booked a double room for triple use, and emailed hostel to confirm if it is really for triple. Hostel replied yes. However, when we check in, they only provide 2 sets of towels. We went to front desk and asked if they can provide one more set as the booking was confirmed for 3, the staff refused. It was very late and all shops are closed. That was not a pleasant experience. Though the room is okay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go to Piazzale Michelangelo!! You won't want to miss the view!!

Bed is very small, it is not enough for a couple. The lift is very terible however staffs are friendly.
