Great Location and friendly staffs

I stayed there for 2 nights. I found it very convenient as I needed to catch trains to La Spezia and Cinque Terre. Staffs were friendly. Lift was very small. Not every room can enjoy the harbour view as advertised. The bar was great. There is a Asian/Chinese Restaurant which opens til late just around the corner. Internet connection was great and a desktop was available for use at ground floor.

Good, simple accomodation, 3 minutes from Train Station Piaza Principe.
Very convenient for people who have booked a cruise because the cruise terminal is also nearby.
Only on the 6th floor is smoking allowed so if you smoke ask for a room on that floor.
Friendly receptionist, drinks at the bar are expensive, 33 cl bottle of Italian Beer 4,5 euro!
On the side of the building is a cheap Chinese Restaurant where drinks are much cheaper.
Breakfast is included in the price, good and plenty of food and coffee, buffet style.
Cons: very thin towels, very small claustrofobic elevator.

Small hotel with 6 floors also has elevator (for 2people and luggage)
Rooms has all accomodation for short satying ("just take a rest and go"), Refridgerator for products and water
