one of the worst 4 star service
no iron service at all in a 4 star hotel

I booked a 4 start hotel but the service was a 3 start hotel
anyway
I asked for an iron and they didn't have it I ask to iron my shirt and no chance at all to do it the answer was I can call the dry cleaning we use and ask when can be ready
the answer was could be ready by tomorrow which was the follow day
is that a 4 star service? not at all, then breakfast not eggs has I been told at all
then when I checked out I had to pay euro 4 for a day fro 2 people for a tourist fee I think they call
anyway that is not acceptable at all

Location, at least 30 min from city center by car, and there's a lot of warehouses near by.
Breakfast it's very poor, it's almost only cakes.

A good place to stay when visiting Genova by car. Free parking, a nice large room with a decent breakfast. The disatvantages would be the distance (12 km from the city center, minimum 20 minutes) and the expensive W-Lan. Altogether a good price/quality report. I would stay there the next time.

our stay was short and we found the location of the hotel a little bit out of town but having a bus stop nearby made it easier to reach the centre of the town for shopping and sight seeing.
the hotel was rather noisy at night time which was reported to the staff.
overall it was a clean and spacious hotel with good breakfast. we were surprised the the wifi was not free as other places.

no coffee / tea no kettle! only plastic cups.
no king size bed, two single beds join together.
there is a safe in the room but you have to bring your own batteries.
very clean toilet.
good hot breakfast.

this hotel is easy to find from the highway. and it is very big and confortable hotel. the offer what i had from agoda was very good. this is a really valuable hotel for money what i paid.
