Hotel Policies

Tho N. Couples Australia, December 17, 2011	Large room with great view large room, nice view 6.7 Getting to the hotel on foot may be confusing with the terrain. The hotel was generally good, though. The staff were nice and helpful. Our room was very spacious and there was a large window to highlight the view. The in-room wifi worked really well. It isn't in central Genova or near the interstate train station.

Families with older children United Kingdom, September 03, 2011	Great for one night Swimming pool 7.7 we were met by friendly staff. who were very helpful with maps and bus details. room was adequate but air con was dreadful and was useless. the hotel rooms are quite basic for a four star. the internet was good. the hotel was on a good bus route so was easy to get into town. i would stay again.
