Angenehmes Hotel und freundlicher Service
Zentrale aber ruhige Lage, aufmerksame Betreuung, Parkplätze im Hotelareal vorhanden

Schöne, saubere Zimmer. Gute Lage für Ausflüge und Shopping. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel wie Bahn, Busse, Schiff sind nahe gelegen und zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Seepromenade liegt praktisch vor dem Hotel. Das Frühstück mit Selbstbedienung am Buffet ist reichhaltig, die warmen Getränke werden immer frisch aufbereitet und an den Tisch serviert.
Das hoteleigene Hallenbad samt Liegen kann von den Gästen unentgeltlich benützt werden.

2 Tage am Iseo See
Sehr freundliche Damen im Service beim Frühstück, nur wenige Geh-Minuten in die Altstadt und zum Hafen von Iseo

Wir waren zwei Tage in Iseo und wohnten im International Hotel. Gebucht hatten wir mit Agoda. Ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer, der Balkon ist winzig, eine Person kann darauf stehen und im Stehen auch etwas vom See sehen. Als ich an der Rezeption nach einem anderen Zimmer fragte, wurde mir mürrisch mitgeteilt, sie hätten kein anderes und unser Zimmer sei mit Balkon. Darauf bat ich noch um einen Aschenbecher, die Antwort war, daß man in Italien in keinem Zimmer mehr rauchen dürfe. Darauf erinnerte ich den Mann an der Rezeption an seine zuvor gemachte Aussage und bekam einen Aschenbecher für den Balkon!
Die Zimmer waren ok und sauber, das Badezimmer auch und recht geräumig. Wenig Schrankplatz, aber für zwei Nächte ging es.
Die Damen, die sich um das Frühstück kümmerten waren großartig und auch die einzigen die mehrsprachig waren. Englisch, französisch, deutsch, kein Problem.
Das Problem kam beim Auschecken. Wir wollten das Hotel verlassen, wurden aber aufgehalten, da wir das Zimmer bezahlen sollten. Nun hatten wir aber dem Mann an der Rezeption unseren Ausdruck von Agoda beim Einchecken gegeben. Normalerweise bucht Agoda die Hotelkosten von unserer Kreditkarte ab und somit sind wir davon ausgegangen, daß es diesmal auch so wäre. Nur lies es sich leider nicht mehr nachprüfen, da das Rezeptionspersonal den Ausdruck verschlampt hatte. Die junge Dame an der Rezeption rief deswegen ihren Vater, den Hotelbesitzer. Dieser sprach noch schlechter englisch, fing dafür aber sofort zu schreien an. Ich verstand noch, daß er sich sein Geld von meiner Bank holen wolle, ich versicherte noch Mal, daß ich gerne bezahlen möchte, aber auch gerne wüßte, ob ich schon bezahlt habe, was sich auf Grund der Schlamperei aber nicht mehr nachvollziehen ließ.
Darauf verliesen wir das Hotel. Wir hatten zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch keine Abrechnung von Mastercard bekommen, konnten es also auch nicht wissen. Zuhause schauten wir in die Reservierung, darin stand, daß die H

Die Altstadt und der Hafen sind wenige Gehminuten entfernt und das Restaurant Al Porto in Clusane ist mit dem Taxi nur 10 Minuten weg, und wert besucht zu werden.
