Location : very convenient, bus from Venice City cost Euro 1.1 and 1 min walk after get off from bus. Very convenient for new comer.
Shope & restaurant nearby.
Concierge : self service only. No tag or receipt. Felt uncomfortable to leave the luggage in the small room or outside the door/lift entrance when full. Need to move others' heavy luggage if you luggage placed inside the room.
It's a very good location which the hotel Mestre is not too far from the city of Venice. Easy transportation instruction to get there. Thought it should be a very good location for a new comer. Although the facilities were quite old, but it's affordable compared to stay in the city. Self concierge service will give visitors comfortable feeling, but nothing could help. Suggest to go outside to have breakfast if you really can't eat the food there.

Rooms practical furnishings.
Air-conditioning was not running. Had to leave in mid-September.
The hotel room was practical furnishings. Unfortunately, we could not turn the air conditioner because the hotel had the task of eliminating them in mid-September. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine. The hotel makes a good impression and does what it promises. All in all, "TOP" is recommended.
