Very close to main railway station and good for the price. Trams run past the front of the hotel so if you don't like the noise ask for a room off the street front. Make sure you find the correct exit from the railway station and the hotel is easy to find. You pass a Macdonalds on the way.
The room is basic but good value for money. The staff are pleasant and English is no problem.
Bathroom has no shower curtain so everything gets wet.
Trams run past the hotel so noisy.
Breakfast adequate but be early or you have to wait for popular items.
Good value overall.
Shopping Tip : Good supermarket in the station where you can get basic items.

こんなものとわかっている方には特に難はないのでは。 普通の３星クラスのホテルですが、施設、朝食など正直どこも大差ないので、結局ロケーションが判断基準になります。とにかく駅からすぐで、当然空港バス乗り場もすぐ。駅の西側は結構物騒ですが、こちらは比較的安全。価格が安いと思えるならお勧めです。
