The hotel is in a beautiful last century building, walking distance from Piazza San Babila and Via Montenapoleone. RTooms are art noveau, clearly new but with a touch of old style. The building is really well manteined. Service is at 5 star level. Facilitiers a little lower than big chains. Last problem, the area is beside the poor people hostel, and the environment gets a little worrying in the evening.

People said hotel in Milan is small and expensive, but this one totally different, very well designed, very large room and average price, staff is very nice and location just 15 minutes to Duomo and san babila on foot.. staff speak very well english and very helpfull.. all the staff, from frontliners until waiters..

Upon learning we were celebrating a special occasion, reception staff upgraded us to an executive room, which was a lovely touch. The room was beautifully decorated and so luxurious! Everything you would expect from a five star hotel and more! Love the rain shower - all very romantic!
Just a 10 minute stroll to the centre of Milan.

we liked the ambience and furnishings of the hotel. the staff were professional and friendly, but not as warm / personal as what we encountered in other small hotels in italy. there are numerous nice restaurants and bars within 5-10 minutes walk, but the journey into the downtown area is a good 15-20 minutes walk.

hotel is situated in a good location so that we could walk to various places. alternatively, you can take a tram. there are plenty of good quality restaurants around the hotels to eat adn hotel provide good recommendations. although the spa hours is limited to 5 - 9 pm (wish longer), it is a great place to relax at the end of the day after walking around town.

if you wish to see da vinci's last supper, please make sure that booking is done at least two weeks in advance.
we went to china town about 8pm and most shops were closed- looked pretty boring

Nice hotel. beautifully decorated. like the design and decoration of the hotel. especially with it's retro design with a glamour touch to it and has the feel of european style. have enjoyed the few days stay in this hotel.
