Did not feel that bad and dirty.
If you have a good shower curtains. Will be submerged next to the toilet and a shower.
Lima is very convenient because the subway in front of the station and tram station. Centrale is also walking distance to the train station if sunny. Saturday I was riding a bus to the airport way back I walked Centrale train station (Via Alessandro Tadino) was playing in the weekend market.
Shopping Tip : Near OVS (clothing store) is very reasonable.

Great location! Near the station (tram 5 min), next to M-Lima and Corso Buenos Aires, the wallet-friendly shopping street.
Right impersonal hotel but to sleep quite ok.
We had 2 rooms for 3 nights, one for 3 people and it was a really great apartment and we had booked a room. Double room was Pytte, however, a small room which had been furnished and set in an old bed that Hardly went to sleep in. Despite promises of new bed replacement never. Breakfast quite ok, spec if you eat early, at 9-time is already very end. But it was the second time we lived in the same hotel and we can think of to choose Demidoff again, if the price stays at reasonable levels, due to the perfect position.
