A clean and comfortable atmosphere is provided at this three-star hotel located very close to a central train station and the metro. Most of the rooms feature terraces or balconies, which is always a nice addition to a room anywhere in the world. There is a wide array of restaurants located nearby and for the sushi lover head straight to top-rated restaurant, Light Sushi. After a steam of complaints regarding the dated nature of the rooms, the hotel underwent a recent and extensive renovation process. If close proximity to mass transit is needed, the Demidoff Hotel is a great choice while staying in the city of Milan.

Did not feel that bad and dirty. If you have a good shower curtains. Will be submerged next to the toilet and a shower. Lima is very convenient because the subway in front of the station and tram station. Centrale is also walking distance to the train station if sunny. Saturday I was riding a bus to the airport way back I walked Centrale train station (Via Alessandro Tadino) was playing in the weekend market.
Shopping Tip : Near OVS (clothing store) is very reasonable.

Great location! Near the station (tram 5 min), next to M-Lima and Corso Buenos Aires, the wallet-friendly shopping street. Right impersonal hotel but to sleep quite ok. We had 2 rooms for 3 nights, one for 3 people and it was a really great apartment and we had booked a room. Double room was Pytte, however, a small room which had been furnished and set in an old bed that Hardly went to sleep in. Despite promises of new bed replacement never. Breakfast quite ok, spec if you eat early, at 9-time is already very end. But it was the second time we lived in the same hotel and we can think of to choose Demidoff again, if the price stays at reasonable levels, due to the perfect position. Restaurant Tip : Restaurant Sabatini (opposite hotel Serana) 10 min walk from the hotel. Very good and affordable food with friendly staff.
