Did not feel that bad and dirty. If you have a good shower curtains. Will be submerged next to the toilet and a shower. Great location! Near the station (tram 5 min), next to M-Lima and Corso Buenos Aires, the wallet-friendly shopping street. Right impersonal hotel but to sleep quite ok. We had 2 rooms for 3 nights, one for 3 people and it was a really great apartment and we had booked a room. Double room was Pytte, however, a small room which had been furnished and set in an old bed that Hardly went to sleep in. Despite promises of new bed replacement never.
