I liked the hotel very much. Nice location, very polite staff and small but comfortable rooms.The breakfast was not bad, so I would stay at this hotel when I go to Milano:)
As I said it's a nice place Hotel Fenice. We liked the location- very close to the city center, so one can go there by foot. And the metro is right in front of the hotel. Furniture is new enough and the rooms are cosy and comfortable, although too small- these ones at the 1-st floor. The breakfast was nice but not very varied. We felt well enough at the hotel, because the staff was english speaking and it was convenient for us.

Take the East ring road on the motorway and come off at the Linate exit. Follow signs for Corso Venezia, passing Cascina Gobba and Via Porpora and you will finally come to Corso Buenos Aires and the Hotel Fenice at number 2.
