Hotel is not at Main Street, not easy to find. Room rate is expensive & higher VAT tax. Breakfast is same on everyday, suggest to provide different kind of food. I stayed 6 nights, ate same food evey morning.

the location is fair, quite close to the milano central station around 15 mins walk, but not too close to any attraction points. if need to go DUOMO, MUST BE by Metro (form Centrale FS to Duomo station (by Yellow M3).
the hotel is very clean and free wifi in the room.

Pleasantly surprised . Good rooms, clean and right next to the train station.
Staff was extremely helpful and food was good.
Much better than the other hotels in the area. would recommend for business and pleasure, can walk to the Duome in 20 minutes

double room with twin bed is ok, the only down thing is sound proof is not up to standard, whenever walk pass yr room or people talk outside yr room , u could hear very clearly.

4 star hotel with the name of sheraton i expect more but actually just a normal nice hotel. breakfast is not much to chose from but is included into our price of hotel. the only good thing is the hotel is quite near the metro station.

A Reasonable Hotel with Excellent Service

We received a very warm welcome at the Hotel Reception upon arrival. However, we were quite disappointed with the rooms which were not up to the standard that we expect from a Hotel that belongs to the Sheraton Group. I cannot say that there was anything wrong with the rooms - they were of reasonable size and comfort level but the luxury that you expect from a Sheraton Group hotel was missing. The staff were excellent and very helpful and always provided service with a smile, which offset much of our initial disappointment. Another plus point of the Hotel was the excellent breakfast that they serve. Location is not very good and you have to walk a long way in order to reach any place that you feel like visiting. Also there are no good restaurants nearby.
Restaurant Tip:
Br prepared to walk at least 20 minutes before you get any reasonable restaurant for a meal.
