Near main shopping area of Milano, also near city center very small rooms , difficult to move about and get work done The hotel is very centrally located, though access is a bit tricky.Very popular with tourists. So if you are looking for a quite place, this is not it. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel is near a metro station, so traveling around the city by metro is easy. The cafes on the main road Costa Buenos Aries are a bit expensive, interesting point to note is that you are charged less if you sit inside rather than out side.
Another interesting tip is that just to the left lane of the hotel is a small hairdresser which is open till quite late. Very good service there.
Minus point is that the hotel rooms are a bit small and difficult to sit and work. Good breakfast spread. Nice place to stay if you want to be in the city center good for tourist. Not a good business hotel

I found this hotel very comfortable. Nice place. I was there with my wife and both of us enjoyed staying there. We made a lot of shopping. We had also a breakfast in the morning. It was not a good idea). We were in a lot of different restaraunts and found them very good. We like Italian food very much. I advice to all people who want to visit Milan to stay in Galles Hotel.

I stayed at Galles hotel for two nights in january, 2009.The location is very good,on a commercial street near a metro station, 3 stations away from the Dome, 10 minutes walk from Stazione Centrale.The room and the bathroom are very clean and the furniture is new. The room is small, but not too small.The breakfast is very good, plenty of choices.

Ontbijt; vooraf bij de reviews gelezen dat het ontbijt karig zou zijn. Een uitgebreid luxe breakfast zou mogelijk zijn tegen bijbetaling van maar liefst €17 pp. In de praktijk eet iedereen van hetzelfde buffet en is controle wie wat eet, onmogelijk. Nederlanders dat we zijn, we hebben luxe gegeten zonder extra te betalen en niemand heeft ons ooit ergens naar gevraagd.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : direct bij de uitgang is de ingang van de metro. Een dagkaartje kost slechts €3. Met de metro reis je in no-time overal naartoe. De metro's komen om de 7 minuten dus je hoeft nooit lang te wachten.

I recommend this hotel especially for shopping visit in Milan, perfect location in the shopping area, directly on the metro station what really helps to return quickly to the hotel few times during the day to drop shopping bags and then quickly come back into shopping action...

Centrally, good rooms, clean and fresh, good breakfast, good toilets. Ac did not work in the Room Central and convenient location easy to find from the motorway. Large rooms and good, fresh and clean, good breakfast, good toilets. Ac did not, unfortunately, on rummetsom got very hot at night. Good clean and very good service at reception and bar.
