Chongyew C. Groups Malaysia, May 27, 2012	Nothing nice to say Close to Metro, free street parking 5 The hotel is old and run down. The bathroom facilities were in a sorry state, stained and peeling bath tub and leaking pipes. The rooms were at least acceptable to sleep in. The "central" air cond stopped while we were sleeping and interrupted our sleep. There was no way to fix it but to go downstairs to the reception -- we saw them flicking a few switches on the switchbox. We could've used the phone to call but no matter what button we pressed, we could not get through to the reception. Oh, while we stayed 2 nights here, there was no sign of housekeeping. The TV (and remote) didn't work too. The only saving grace was it's walking distance to the Metro and because we drove, we could park on the street for free. All of the above criticisms weren't the staffs' fault but the hotel management. They're friendly and helpful.

Couples United States of America, May 11, 2012	Slow service, lacking facilities, but does the job newly rennovated so room was cleaner/new 5.3 - super slow service, not accomodating - location is in the booney, but that was expected - accessible by train - hotel ac was not working in the beginning, and there wasn't a lot of efforts to get it to work. it finally started working later in the night so that was good - our room was rennovated which was good

Groups Indonesia, February 07, 2012	good hotel location 6.7 the hotel is just a minutes away from the metro station, the hotel staff are very nice and helpful, they are very welcoming the guess. the internet wifi was broken when we get there but perhaps today is must be fixed, their tv does not really works but maybe it just bad day that time. the rest is good
