Our stay was warmly welcomed by the staff on duty. He gave us a map with places of interest and recommended a good pub for our evening. The stay would not be so good without his tips. The hotel is worth your money just that the bathroom are shared and hot water is limited.

I didn't enjoy it a bit. The reception was 2 floors up with no lift. Almost twisted my shoulders carrying our luggages up! A nightmare having to sleep facing the urinal bowl. The heater was controlled by the staff and they on it very late at night and switched off very early in the morning. We were practically freezing in the room.

Near by milan central station, people is friendly, help what you need, serounding some good italian restaurants.

Very good price for you could stay in the center of Milan. receiption is very friendly, always give what you need. Just a pity the electricity was a little pool,
Room is clean, near by many Italian restaurants with good price. only a little difficult with many luggage, as it's on the 2nd floor, when you move-on. Room is okay. i will get back next time.

Staff is very nice, there is a free computer and wifi however the connection is slow. Also, no lift, need to step 2 floor with steep stairs. I feel the bathroom is clean but the room is tiny. I slept with heavy blankets, not very comfortable. As i booked it very late, i don't think the price (HK$6XX)per night is worth.

The hotel room is small and has no elevator, the staff is friendly and helpful, overall the hotel is not good, but hey everything in Milan is expensive.. so its recommended for the budget traveller
