Good location and staff performance and thats about it. The hallway on the ground level stunk of the lobby toilette. The rooms had very linty sheets and the beds and pillow were very uncomfortable. The mattress wasn't placed properly on the bed so it kept moving if you moved a tiny bit. The internet was expensive for 5 euros for 24 hours straight (if didn't book at the hotel directly, wifi is not free). Doesn't matter if you log in or out, its only good for 24 hours, literally. The worst thing was it was slow so I felt conned about having to pay 5 euros and not getting what i paid for. The bathrooms were clean but the shower itself wasn't. It was grimy, yellowy. The shower head was very dirty and I couldn't even stand showering in it so I have to use other room's shower (my family members' room). Spend a bit more on your next stay in Milan and skip this hotel.

the single room was located at the main corridor where people come for breakfast, the sound insulation was not good at all, I could hear door slamming early in the morning. There was not enough water pressure for showering, even though i was staying in the first floor... and you also need to pay for the internet, which is kind of ridiculous... overall, the cleanness was acceptable.

good location , friendly staffs
hotel is 5 minutes walk to milan central station , surrounded by restaurants and coffee bar. easy walk to main shopping area, 20 minutes walk to Duomo.

Hotels in Milan are expensive, so this one was relatively cheap in that respect. But you get what you pay for. It was 5 minutes walk from the central train station so escaping from the city was easy, but the room was small & not as clean/comfortable as I would expect from a 3 star hotel. Breakfast buffet not very good, & the coffee was terrible. Ok for a short budget stay.

Just a budget hotel to stay

We stayed there only one night, to catch the train to Venice on the next day. The only reason to choose this hotel is that it is close to Milano Central. We arrived at night and left early. There is not much information I can provide.

The bathroom is really small as compared to the other hotels I've stayed in Italy . Overall the stay was pleasant, the staff were friendly . Would recommend you to buy a day pass for the train, can be used for buses as well.

The hotel is very near to the central fs, so it's easy to travel by metro or train. The room was very clean and had great facilities. However, the wifi wasn't free.
