Nice hotel, not have problem with it during stay. I was satisfied staying there, might not have too many options for shopping but you could go around by walk and it has great neighborhood, easy to go anywhere but don't take taxi, it cost a lot. You have to manage your money when there. The staff are great, nice, helpful.
Hotel is clean, I have no complain. Its quite worth it staying at this hotel.
Shopping Tip:
watch your wallet otherwise you will get bankrupt

i would highly recommend a stay at dela ville fab location ,and if you like sunbathing the added advantage was the pool,sundeck , real selling point for summer,service was good ,and breakfast was also great as you had a pretty good buffet to choose from ,over all i most devenetly stay at the de la ville again ,infact im planning to go back there end of july aug ,cant wait.....

location in the heart of milano was superb. services in the hotel were ok. breakfast was very good and with great variaty to all. consierge sevices were ok. i would recommend the hotel to others with the reservation that is with very old style decor and that some places and details need refurbishment.

superbly located at the heart of the Milan city

strongly recommended for business or vacations traveler to stay at this hotel. everything is near and just within walking distance. A good fine dine food just a the back of the hotel and open till 1 am in the morning. ferrari Store, renascentre shopping centre just next door. The beauty of this hotel there are smoking rooms too.
Shopping Tip:
the similar concept of paris shopping mall available just next door from the hotel. Good and varieties of international brand are available here and somethings not to be missed. Tired of shopping just relax at a few italiano restaurant around and tasteful of Italian food available.

✖部屋が狭い・・・独立した応接スペースのある、クラシック・スイートをAgodaで予約(Agoda提供の予約詳細）したが、現地での部屋は恐ろしく狭いスタンダードの部屋。クレームを付けるとバウチャーはホテルには無いカテゴリーのスーペリアだと譲らない。結局、少しマシな部屋に移動(独立した応接スペースは無い）。
✖朝食が不味い・・・カジュアルな広い朝食スペースだが、料理の種類は少なく、不味い。サービスも最低。食事は５分で終わった。
✖フロント・ドアマン・コンシェルジェ（一応いる）ともに態度が悪く、とても４つ星とは思えない。
✖外観はホテルとも思えない雑居ビルのよう、ロビーも狭く高級感は全く無い、２～３星の雰囲気。

ホテルは老舗的な感じでスタッフの対応も良かった。ホテルを出て２～３分歩くと
ドゥオモがあります。
買い物にも便利だし食事するのにも困らない大変便利なホテル。
wifi３人感１０ユーロになります。
部屋は狭くバスルームもシャワーだけと質素な感じですが、特に困ることも
なかった。
朝食はそこそこ品数もあって良かったです。

ミラノは１日の滞在でしたが、徒歩（３分）でドゥオーモ、地下鉄の駅もすぐ近くなので、最後の晩餐も見に行けます。
ブティック街も近いため、買い物も便利です。
Shopping Tip:
ガレリア、ドゥオーモ、高級ブティック街全てに徒歩３分程度で行けるため、観光にも便利ですが、買い物するのも楽です。
帰りはリナーテ空港からでしたが、ホテルからタクシーで２０分程度でした。
