I have booked a double room at Agoda. However, when I checked in, a unhelpful receptionist told my room is oly for single, not two person. I was shocked, and also asked for 20EURO to let two person live in. Luckily finally maager offer me 50% off, charged 10EURO . Of course I really don't wanna pay

Its a lower motel rather
no Pros to tell you the truth

I will never go back to this hotel ever again. Bad service all over. The front desk people does not know how to behave and I am not sure if its an hospitality problem or individual. Do not ask for anything extra, such as even as minor as pillows. The hotel manager was extremely rude upon asking for 2 extra pillows for health reasons. No hair conditioner in the bathroom. The safe did not work.
