Claudine P. Couples Singapore, August 15, 2012	Lovely hotel with good service The staff there ar all very helpful! 8.3 The hotel is modern and clean. Room size is just nice for 2 person. There's this very strong perfume smell or maybe air-fresher in the room and we suspect its from the aircon, at first it was nice but my nose gets too sensitive and the strong sense starts giving me headache. Overall we enjoyed our stay there as the service staff was very helpful in giving us directions on how to get to all the attractions.

Couples Japan, January 12, 2012	Good location but unfriendly staff Very close to the MIlano Central Station, Stylish designed rooms 6.3 the location of the hotel was excellent, as it is only 5mins walk from the central station of milan. the rooms were very stylish and it was nearly like a designer boutique hotel. however the hotel staff wasn't very friendly and i was treated very rudely. it took them 20mins to check me in eventhough the hotel front desk wasn't busy at that time. i have booked a double bed room, but they have given us a room with two single bed placed next to each other, so there was a big gap in the middle, which was not as comfortable. overall, the stay was pleasant, but i believe there will be a better choice in this price range.
