The hotel is about 8 to 10 minutes from Duomo and 5 minutes from another Metro Station. The hotel has a great location and the design and comfort were great too. However, we arrived the hotel at noon time and was told to pay EUR 20 extra per night to upgrade our room in order to get an immediate check in; otherwise will have to wait until 3pm. The explanation from the receptionist was not too clear and his attitude also requires improvement. The Wifi is very slow.

this hotel is very well located with it being close to the city centre shopping in duomo.
it also has a taxi stand located just outside the hotel which was very convenient for us.
however, we noticed that the hotel hosts many events in their conference rooms and the staff had just placed on the first floor rooms where there was the most traffic and noise. because of this i did not really enjoy the hotel. it was worse during breakfast where it was like a war zone and a huge q for the breakfast line & seating space.

Decent stay at NH President Milan

Overall good experience staying at NH President Milan, offered an upgrade to a large room (with additional fees), a really large room (with guest / living area). Walking distance to Duomo Cathedral and shopping area, and the best part is there are some Chinese and Japanese food around (which is walking distance, but you need to scout the area to locate it).

Excellent value for money. Hotel very close to Duomo and public transport. Many restaurants around. Ideal for both tourists and bsuiness. Room is very clean and so is the hotel. Rooms were a bit small , but the bathrooms were great. Bed was excellent! we got a room with a bad view...its inside the hotel..but its not a big deal. Wi-fi is free...good value for money.
