This hotel had everything it stated except the garden. However the cleverly worded spiel made it sound so much better than it was. No aircon only small fan not good in summer. Breakfast well could you call it that I think not. If you suffer clostraphobia then the bathroom is not for you plus walking up the very tight stairway with large luggage was a fitness workout I didn't want. No way was it value for money couldnt get out of there quick enough very dissopointed.

the room was promotioned for free!
the staffs were so nice even though I didn't speak italian:)

the room was, luckily promotioned to the triple room, which was very clean and neat. just the towel was not soft enough to use comfortably. to the city centre, you can even walk (20mins) or bus. restaurant called "blender" close to the hotel has nice meals and drinks, which made us happy too!
(the staff told me about the restaurant, which i enjoyed so much!)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
in milan, you can walk to everywhere!

The facility in itself is good and the location is also good. But the service is very poor, the management at the front desk is very loud and take no responsibility whatsover for it being extremely loud and unpleasant in the middle of the night. You can't call what we were given breakfast. It's popesterous that you have to choose either cofee or juice when you pay for breakfast. Also the food came in small paper bags, the croissants tasted very bad almost like the paper bags themselves! I will not recommend this hotel to anyone!
