Staying in a comfortable room in a well situated hotel contributes to a good experience. The staff was professional, helpful and courteous. I would have appreciated having complimentary water in the room like other 5 star establishments i have stayed in, as well as a hot pot to boil water for tea or coffee. Otherwise, it was fine and i will recommend it to others.

The room is nicely designed and spotless. It is centrally located and right next to the Duomo. Major shopping area is 5 mins away so you can put all your stuff back to the hotel before you go out and buy more.
