It's an old building with lovely ornate plasterwork, you won’t get a Hilton experience with all the hot water in the bathroom, and buffet breakfast, it’s a traditional Italian hotel serving a simple coffee and cakes, sweet breads and preserves breakfast.
It is on the edge of the historic quarter, easy walking distance from all the sites in Spaccanopoli and Via Decumani.
It's situated on the Via Monteliveto, which is the bus route out of town, parallel to Via Toledo
The Museo Archeologico is nearby, metros in Piazza Dante, and Montesanto are also close by, which will take you out to the north of Naples, or up the hill by funiculare to Vomero.
The area itself, as is the B&B, feels very safe and welcoming, with many good and very cheap trattoria, and a good supermarket for wine or picnics.
The hosts, Marco and Marina are very proud Neapolitans and are very helpful and full of good advice on all aspects of their lovely city.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Get an Artecard from the main station for free travel and museum visits..... this must be one nof the best city breaks ever, plus you can get ferries out to the lovely islands of Ischia and Procida.

B & B in Naples, service oriented
good service, interesting location

stayed three nights with my family and parents. We had two rooms. the B & B is in an older section of naples with a lot of interesting neighbors (immigrants) it is a safe area though and easy to navigate to a lot of the historical sights and popular areas. Easy walk to the water and museums.
The owners took great care of us and gave us personal interest and advice for travel in naples. I would recommend this place although it might not be for everyone. It is a nice building and very safe. Plenty of food and sights nearby and the price is the best in Naples for what you get. We were surprised there was actually availability. Breakfast was light but they will bring whatever you ask the night before. A high level of attention and detail to making us feel comfortable was a great part of our stay. We had a nice visit and would stay here again.
Travel tip:
Get a GPS, park your car in a garage in Naples (20 Euro a night) or it will be stolen.

Nessun problema serio. Solo impossibile far colazione il primo giorno perché iniziava alle 8,30 il servizio, ed io dovevo uscire alle 8; il secondo giorno perché non è arrivato nessuno. Sono uscito alle 9.
