This hotel exists from the tower at about five minutes, and the location is the highest. It is a hotel that finishes being recommended to enjoy Pisa though the access by the station is inconvenient.
Restaurant Tip : Via St.Maria has many restaurant.

Location, no doubt. From the terrace you can see the Duomo.
Very very dirty. Stains on the bed, no illumination at all in the room. The bath, if so could it be called, lugubrious and not clean. The shower had no bathtub, just the tiled floor.
From the moment you arrive, dirtiness is what you can see even in the external doors, so it seems they dont care too much. We had to be guided to the room cause the way to get there was "unusual". After getting an elevator, walked several corridors, gone up and down stairs we got there. Once we entered couldnt believe our eyes. We went to the reception and asked for another room. They changed it, sent us to the fourth floor, to something a little bit more appropiate but which didnt either deserve the money we paid. Not recommended for anyone.
