Great Location

Hotel is located across the road from the train station, staff are friendly and easy access to the airport via taxi, bus or train. Clean comfortable room, the night we stayed the restaurant and bar were closed and no room service menu, however plenty of restaurants to choose from out on the streets.

The biggest advantage for chossing this hotel is its superb location. It's situated just right opposite the train station. Hence, its quite convenience for those stopovers in Pisa. However, there's quite a distance to walk from the hotel to the Leading Tower of Pisa.

Hotel computers were archaic. One member of staff was rude, aggressive and unhelpful. Another tried her best, but was defeated by obtuse colleagues. Give it a miss.

Room is basic but clean.
There's a nice pizzeria near the hotel.

location is the best, it's very close to the train station, so surprise it just located opposite to the train station ! the room is decent and clean, friendly and helpful staff as well, we certainly enjoyed the breakfast,which was included in our package, everyday. Having stated all the positives above, the only cons is you have to get the wi-fi login name and password from the front desk every 24 hours, overall a nice accommodation that is icing on the cake of our fantastic visit of Pisa!
