Couples Hong Kong, April 05, 2013	Comfortable stay clean and tidy room, most of the staff are attentive and great location 8 Stayed in this hotel for 2 days, greatly located very near to Termini Train Station, the room is comfortable, and staff is flexibly arranged us to check in a little bit earlier once the room is ready. Staff is kind and helpful. Free wifi offered, but not very stable in room. Requested a late check out when we checked in, the staff promised a 2pm late check out for us. However, we just confirm again with front desk in the morning of the day we have to leave, they said they can't arrange it! (obviously the previous staff hadn't do any arrangement for us), and finally, the staff still granted us 1 more hour, just have to check out at 1pm. Except this, we enjoyed the stay here, which may our Roma Holiday very pleasant~

Couples Malaysia, February 16, 2013	Great location, very clean rooms and great service Location, close to Termini Station 8 We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, morning breakfast was good with a selection of breads, fruits, eggs, ham, cereal and yogurts. The staff were helpful. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: If you are not familiar always join a hop on hop off tour service that can provide you with afirst impression of the city you are visiting. Also always buy tickets that give you 48hrs of sightseeing trips. It is impossible to do a loton the 1st day of sightseeing.

Couples Taiwan, January 16, 2013	Great location, everything of satisfaction The breakfast at terrace, friendly front desk 10 The hotel is only 5 min away from the main train station, 5 min away from supermarket and convenience stores. The 24 hour front desk is definitely very helpful in many ways, like where/how to take a bus, where the nicest walking distance restaurant.... efficient and brilliant. The room is cozy with balcony and a dressing room, partition between living room and bedroom. Was impressed with the space overall. If the hotel offers a in-room kettle, it would have been perfect!
