Set in the historic center of Rome, Antonietta's House B&B provides easy access to the Colosseum and Termini Train Station. The hotel provides 4 rooms that are fully furnished with private bathrooms. Each room is equipped with amenities to fulfill guests’ needs. Breakfast and cleaning is done daily by the owners themselves, a Roman family. Guests are sure to have a wonderful stay with a friendly atmosphere. Only a short drive from the airport, the hotel provides convenience and comfort making it a preferred choice for vacationers.
Please note that all guest bookings with the period of stay from 1 January 2011 onwards must pay a city tax of 2 Euros per person per night directly to the hotel during the check-out for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. Please be kindly informed that this is an additional charge and is not included in the room fee.

A Super Three Days in Rome
It's proximity to the station. It's proximity to the public transport. It's cleanliness .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Amadeo was extremely helpful and friendly. If we return to Rome we will definitely book in to this B&B again. It was extremely comfortable and so very convenient for all the necessities required for sightseeing.

Good hotel for budget travellers

This hotel is for budget travellers only - It's not easy to find as there are three or four hotel type premises in the building and it is not well signed. The room and bathroom were very clean - cannot complain about that. The downside is that there was a strong odd odour about the place that was quite disconcerting and the breakfast was very basic. The lady who actually runs it is really lovely - however cannot speak a word of English (just a warning). Overall - if you can get past the odd rather sharp smell - for budget travellers it's quite good value for money room wise.
The location is quite good as it is right next to the central train station and has shops and cafes all nearby. If you are not a traveller on a tight budget - I would probably recommend a proper hotel.

Small hotel good location

We arrived to the B&B after 4 hours travelling on the train from Venice to Rome with two kids and they had no idea about our booking we had paid through this website and received a confirmation but the people at the B&B had no idea that we were arriving they had to call their friends downstairs and ask them to put us in a spare room they had, not a great service would never book through agoda again.
